The sacred premises of Ashtalakshmi Devalayam came alive with devotion and spiritual fervor as the 30th Brahmotsavams commenced on an auspicious note. The first day of the grand celebrations began in the early hours with the Abhishekam to the Utsava Murtis, marking a divine start to this spiritually significant festival.
Devotees gathered in large numbers to witness the holy ritual, where the Utsava Murtis were ceremoniously bathed with sacred substances such as milk, turmeric, sandalwood paste, and holy water amidst the chanting of Vedic hymns. The Abhishekam symbolizes purification, divine energizing, and the invocation of blessings from the Goddess in her eight forms—bestowing prosperity, courage, knowledge, and well-being upon all devotees.
